Maverick is a handsome 10 month old German Shepherd Malinois mix, who’s no stranger to speed or flybys! Already a muscular 76 lbs, he’s a big, athletic boy. Maverick is friendly, fun and loves meeting new people! He has the utmost exuberance meeting people and playing fetch. He was raised with a female German Shepherd who he played with and he’s great with other dogs and older children. Due to his size and energy level we are looking for a forever home with a fully fenced yard. Mav can be an only dog or join one or a couple other dogs close in age or energy. His previous owner didn’t have the time to give him what he really needs. Maverick needs a very active family that will exercise with him, take him on adventures and has the time and space to give him plenty of activity—especially fetch, which he loves more than treats! He shows his love of life through jumps, sprints, zoomies, cuddles, smiles, chest rubs and endless fetch. Once he has run to his heart’s content, he is a lovey lap dog. Maverick will thrive with obedience training, exercise and plenty of love. He is crate trained, loyal and a quick learner. Maverick is the whole package!
