Raven is a jet black female German. She hasn’t met another dog, so far, that she doesn’t love. She also loves to chase and play with other dogs. She loves the water and loves splashing through it. She is just learning how to swim. Raven absolutely Loves loves the hose and chasing the water from it!
Raven rides perfectly in the car whether it be short or long distances. Raven is perfectly crate trained. She is quiet in the crate and very well mannered. However, she also has impeccable house manners. While her foster family is working on the computer or watching TV, she simply curls up and lays there quietly.
She adores her toys. She loves puzzle games, loves her squeaky toys and also loves the Snuffle feeding mat that her foster family puts her kibble in for her to find.
Obedience training will be incredibly easy as she is super food motivated! She knows sit and down and will always sit politely and wait for her food once you set it down. Her favorite is sockeye salmon, grilled pork and her kibble. Her foster home loves to spoil Raven!
Raven typically hikes around 8-14 miles a day. She also plays with the other foster in her foster home. She will need someone committed to this level of exercise or another young high energy dog in the household for her.
She is incredibly intelligent. She is a problem solver.
When her foster is home, they leave the back sliding door open and she comes in and out.
So sorry! We have no history of Raven with cats, small dogs or children.
