To the person or family who will love Heidi next:
This sweet girl has stolen my heart. She has blossomed in our home. She is funny, sweet, loving, and can be playful. When she first came to us for foster, she was stressed and would jump when we got home. Now, she patiently waits for us to get home and she walks over to get all the pets and hugs. Sometimes she will bring you a ball to throw and others times she will sit and play with the ball herself. When you give her a larger treat (carrot or chewy stick), she’ll toss it around and chase it to play with it before she eats it haha! It is the cutest thing! Heidi loves a good chew toy or ball. This girl is very food motivated so training will be a breeze. She is crate trained, potty trained and does pretty well on leash once she understands your commands. She is such a people pleaser. she loves to be my shadow and cuddle but also understands personal space. We leave her out of her crate sometimes when we are not home and she has done wonderfully. She enjoys playing with all sizes of dogs and would do well in a home with or without dogs- though she may prefer a dog companion. With the dogs we have introduced her to she has been submissive once she sniffs and says hello.
She loves when you scratch/massage her head. She will fall asleep sitting up if you do that haha!
