Meet Otto! This sweet German Shepherd mix was found abandoned at a campground in Eastern Washington with his buddy Xander. Thankfully, a kind family took them in, letting Otto stay with their kids while they searched for the help he needed. Otto adored every minute with them and is now thriving in his foster home.
